• CGI is seeking a Python AWS Data Developer who can bring in expertise and industry standard methodologies define better development and also to work with a highly skilled team on the newest technologies like Python, Java ect.
• It helps the candidate to shape the career with matured agile project delivery, advanced Tech stack process.
• This role can be performed from Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 4-5 offshore developers.
• Follow engineering best practices and take pride in it.
• Agile Ceremonies – Participate and Contribute
• Applications Development – Analysis, Design & Development
• Testing & Support
• QE Testing
• Volume Testing
• Implementation

• SQL
• GIT
• Java
• Python
• Terraform

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 4+ years of experience in:

• Full Stack Engineering practice - Designing, developing, deploying & testing
• Hands on experience with Python and Java.
• Hands on experience with AWS Services – S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Glue, Step functions, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch alarms, VPC, Terraform.
• Good SQL Knowledge

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

• Work part of the existing scrum team as developer with Agile methodology.
• Good communication with onshore and offshore model.
• Having Terraform knowledge will be an add-on

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
