Join our Supply Chain Operations team — manage inventory, procurement, logistics, and more — and help drive efficiency, cost savings, and seamless delivery of quality products.
The Procurement and Inventory Control department oversees procurement audits, expedites processes, and ensures stock availability for diamonds, gemstones, and supplies. Our Intake team handles the company-wide processing of incoming mail, including inventory replenishment and in-stock performance, while also receiving and managing incoming shipments.
The Procurement Inventory Control (PIC) Expeditor is responsible for providing support to internal customers as it relates to Work in Progress jobs regarding stone requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient flow and processing of internal jobs and work orders within the Diamonds and Gemstones department.
Facilitate stone exchanges for various departments in a timely and accurate manner.
Accurately enter and manage all inventory transactions using the Oracle Inventory Management System.
Oversee the routing and completion of all jobs and transactions related to Diamonds and Gemstones.
Perform duties at a secure workstation under video surveillance in accordance with company policies.
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all business practices and collaborative interactions.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to various audiences.
Ability to notice and correct errors or inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality work.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate standard office software, perform simple data entry, manage files, and utilize online communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Inventory Management System experience, ideally Oracle.
