What this job is all about:
- Your key responsibilities will be to manage orders throughout the life cycle of the order.
- You’ll also be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the delivery of TABASCO® Brand products.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Manage the accurate processing of orders, including pricing and discounts, within the order management system in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure excellence in customer service by maintaining an open line of communication with our customers and brokers as well as, members of our logistics, sales and accounting teams
- Assist in the monthly close process as it relates to sales order processing and timely invoicing
- Participate in other key components like issuing credit memos, freight claims, and supporting the entire order management team as needed.
Qualifications:
Must-haves to apply for this job:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a business-related field OR 3+ years working experience in order management software systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

- Order management experience in a mid-sized or large sized company
- Strong project management skills: Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple orders
