Job Requirements:
- CALLS PLUS offers clients across the nation customizable communications services such as school safety hotlines, case intake and counseling, crisis and suicide intervention, child abuse reporting, medical answering services, information & referral services, maintenance technician dispatch and more.
- CALLS PLUS invests heavily in employee training, spending approximately four weeks instruction on company goals, systems, and an initial basic set of client accounts.
Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Qualifications:
Work Experience Requirements:
- Ability to answer calls in Spanish and document information electronically in English
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts
- Ability to sit and utilize a computer for extended periods
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Great multi-tasking skills (Agents speak to callers, document accurately and reference information simultaneously)
- Active listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to ask probing questions if necessary to identify what the caller need and provide a solution
- Ability to quickly build a rapport with callers
- Ability to de-escalate difficult/ irate callers
- Detail-oriented
- Be passionate about helping others
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare and/or housing industry
- Must be able to pass a background check
- References required
