BackSenior Project Manager, Digital Health / Analytics / Integration

Position Description:
We are seeking experienced healthcare IM/IT Project Manager to lead digital health, analytics, reporting, integration, or clinical system initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle, including governance, planning, risk, RAID, testing, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client and key project executives and stakeholders
- Develop project and solution design concepts and approaches
- Development of project proposals, project charters, and project management plans
- Managing the time and effort of the project team
- Ensuring proper change, scope, risk, and expectation management are applied
- Reporting accurate project financial and profitability figures
- Holding regular status meeting with team and clients and providing regular status reporting
- Playing a lead role in the development of business requirements documentation
- Prepare and present senior client executives
- Ensure appropriate project management processes and tools are used to effectively manage the project with the client
- Perform project status updates with clients and internal CGI teams
- Work with the Director of Consulting Services for Health and Life Sciences to identify new opportunities to serve the client
Qualifications:
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Degree in Health Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in IM/IT or digital health
- Strong healthcare sector experience, ideally in Canadian healthcare
- Experience managing large healthcare technology projects, integrations, analytics, reporting, or data initiatives
- Experience with project governance, scheduling, risk management, RAID management, testing, and reporting
- Experience leading Agile teams or working in Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of healthcare integrations such as HL7, FHIR, or related standards is an asset
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
