Position Description:

CGI is expanding its Health and Life Sciences Team in the Atlantic Region! We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for complex healthcare transformation initiatives, with strong facilitation, QA/test planning, stakeholder engagement, and clinical/operational transformation experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client and key project executives and stakeholders
• Develop project and solution design concepts and approaches
• Development of project proposals and business cases
• Lead the citizen engagement sessions leveraging design thinking methodologies
• Align business and clinical programs with digital health opportunities
• Perform gap analysis between program objectives and proposed digital health initiatives
• Document business and technical requirements

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of senior business analysis experience
• 10+ years leading complex healthcare transformation initiatives
• 10+ years IM/IT experience
• 5+ years QA strategy and test planning experience
• Strong workshop facilitation across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
