Job Overview:

As an insurance sales representative, your primary focus will be identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, creating long-lasting relationships with clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. Your primary responsibility will involve selling a variety of insurance products, including auto, homeowners, life, and health insurance. We welcome applicants with all levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a customer-focused approach to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, effectively educating clients about their insurance choices.
• Collaborate with agents to set and achieve marketing objectives.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to offer expert guidance to customers.
• Generate leads, set appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
• Working alongside team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $65,000

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in sales, whether as an outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer.
• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
• Must be able to obtain a Life and Health License.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and the ability to explain complex policies and procedures to customers.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong sense of teamwork.
