The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and assisting with guest needs during their stay. This position manages reservations, processes payments, responds to phone calls, and helps resolve any guest concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The Front Desk Agent also works closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guests have a comfortable experience. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area while representing the hotel in a positive and welcoming way is an important part of this role


Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and professional guest service
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light office tasks
