Experienced Body Repair Specialist - Our client is seeking an experienced Body Repair Specialist to repair collision-damaged vehicles, restore body panels, fabricate metal components, and prepare vehicles for refinishing. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and can perform repairs independently.

• Temp-to-permanent opportunity
• Full-time, daytime hours
• Benefits available after permanent hire

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged body panels and exterior components.
• Perform sheet metal, fiberglass, and welding repairs.
• Fit, align, and finish body panels to quality standards.
• Prepare repaired surfaces for primer and paint.
• Safely use body repair tools and equipment.
• Inspect completed repairs for quality and accuracy.

Salary Range: $17.50/hr (+DOE)

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Pre-employment screening
• Previous automotive collision/body repair experience.
• Experience with sheet metal repair, fiberglass repair, and welding.
• Ability to read repair estimates or work orders.
• Must provide your own hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
